Ordering with us is very easy, you just have to follow these 4 simple steps:

- Proceed to the checkout screen and enter your details

2 - Do I need an account to order with you?
No, you don't need one. But if you ever want to create one, it would be very useful because from there you can manage your orders and receive our latest offers.
3 - Where are you from?
We are from the Dominican Republic. However, we believe in the potential of well-implemented e-commerce and want to make an impactful change in the local market.
4 - Can I pay with TC?
Yes, of course. We also accept PayPal, transfers or deposits, and credit cards.
5 - How long will it take to receive my package?
Our delivery times are usually 24-72 hours for the National District. However, this could change depending on the season and sales volume. You can check here.
6 - And if something goes wrong with my order, what is my guarantee?
We are committed to always giving our best. We send a satisfaction survey to your email and we always review your comments. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will contact you for exchanges or returns.
7 - I want to sell your products. How can I join you?
We haven't added that functionality to the platform yet, but it will be possible in the future.
8 - Do you have a physical store?
No, just a warehouse.
9 - I live in another country. Do you ship internationally?
